This is farm/pumpkin patch number 4, the only one (other than Eckerts) that we went to as an entire family, as opposed to me going to with girlfriends. This was a new place, and there was a Groupon for it...and we weren't super impressed. We had fun, but probably won't spend the money to go here next year. But we still had fun for a Sunday afternoon!
They had a longer zipline, which Z loved, but there were no seats (you had to grip it the whole way) so the little boys couldn't do it well (not for lack of trying though).
This is the stand for the ziplines...I think it looks like the boys are standing on a gallows!
N loved it...
C was fine with it...
and L just laughed and didn't hang on at all!
These 3 were happy to go in the barrel train. C, on the other hand, just wanted to go on the big tractor, and refused to get into the barrels (despite Z offering and asking very kindly). So these 3 took off while C stayed behind with Nate to pet the horse :)
Z might have been a bit too old and big for it...here is "swimming" in it, goofball!
N was watching big brother flopping around, so he followed suit...monkey see, monkey do...
The real "pull" for this farm was that they have "the biggest corn maze in the area!" It was pretty big, but not a maze so much in that there was only one way through it. You could kind of wander around and in and out, and they had 10 riddle pictures throughout (a cow with dollar signs on it was a cash cow, etc) that you were supposed to find. The little boys and I got through about half of it before they were done. Nate and Z decided to keep searching for the other 5 riddles. They only found 3 more. Nate insists that there must not have been the other two.
