Z is learning about robots in his gifted class, and they invited us to come up to help them build their robots. It was using recycled materials but they had to make sure each part had a "function". It was very similar to the building he liked to do at home...but I didn't have to clean it up ;) We also got a chance to look at the Lego robots that they are working with, and watched the boys work on giving them commands on how to move. It was much more entertaining! This school is great and I am so grateful that Z gets to go each week to learn in a different way and to stretch his brain a bit.
