Z had a First Grade Musical and Art Show a few weeks ago. The kids made hats in art, and the whole musical was about hats. They have created art centered on hats this year.
So we went to the musical and Z was in the back row, but he sang and did the motions. Not over the top, but he did them. :) We were just proud of that.
He loved to show us his art, too. Art is his favorite class both at his regular and gifted school. That doesn't totally surprise me...Nate is very art-y also.
This one is his family portrait (we're all wearing hats). I am wearing an Indian headress...I am not the Statue of Liberty! :) Love it!
