Funny

Here's a funny one: 

We have started to realize that the boys don't like the door shut at night.  After their initial (all last week) forays into the hallway (which resulted in the shut door), they have learned that lesson.  For the past few nights, we have left the door open with the warning that if they LEAVE the room we will shut the door (then open it again after a few minutes).   

The first night was fine.  No one left, they all fell asleep (miracle). 

Last night they tried a few more times.  I think we had to shut the door twice (in an hour and 15 minutes).  After the third time Nate went back and shut the door, the boys were screaming and wailing like usual.  We heard L's name a few times, but ignored it.  When Nate went back a few minutes later to open the door again, C and N were wailing and saying L's name.  He figured L was messing with them.  Turns out L isn't even IN the room.  After a search of the boys room, Nate looked in Z's room to find L just happily playing at Z's desk.  Apparently before Nate went back he had snuck out, into Z's room (who was sound asleep and under the covers hiding), and shut the door.

Sigh....
